Associazione PIÚINFORMA participated in the first edition of the new “CUCINA” fair dedicated to food and wine and cooking technologies. The fair was held at the Pordenone Fair from 22 to 25 March 2013.
CUCINA was an event full of significant moments, tastings and taste workshops, and event that were aimed at both a “Gourmet” audience and specialized visitors. This fair, in fact, was focussed on the operators of the Ho. Re.Ca as managers and buyers of restaurants, hotels, wine bars, bars and public places. It was also aiming for the interests of cooks and kitchen professionals, gastronomy managers and grocery stores, represented by the Large Retailer.
The supply
The range of products present at CUCINA ranged from Italian food and wine excellences to both domestic and professional kitchen equipment. Associazione PIÚINFORMA was present with its own Format together with Melaquick with which it introduced new technologies of product preservation (apple juice). A proposal, that of Associazione PIÚINFORMA, of simple and genuine products to transmit its values in favor of food and environmental sustainability even in an environment normally dedicated to consumption. An opportunity to meet companies and operators to present our 10+SANO and 10+EQUO quality mark.

Food and wine and cooking technology fair
The new fair dedicated to the world of “foodies” and hospitality professionals. COOKING wants to stimulate the increasingly widespread interest in the world of food and wine by involving in a single project the professional target and the private passionate about cooking.
Pordenone Congress offers a structure able to hold up to 3,000 seats, divided into spaces of different sizes for different numerical turnouts: congresses, conferences, meetings, seminars, conventions. The main rooms are as follows: Sala G. Zuliani, Sala Superiore, Sala Inferiore, Sala Consiglio. To these are added the Meeting Room in Hall 5 and other spaces temporarily set up in the pavilions.
