There are 14 out of 17 Sustainable Development Goals, as defined in the United Nations 2030 Agenda (SDG), which concern food. They are part of the global action plans necessary to develop and achieve environmental, social, economic and institutional objectives. Food is an essential component to achieve these goals. PIU’INFORMA Association wants to be an accelerator of this necessary conversion of the food system, applying the cardinal principles of the circular economy. An essential transformation for human beings to become a dynamic reality in the ecosystem.
