Your membership reinforces environmental protection and oversight in food service operations. We defend the rights of citizens and consumers by promoting the adaptation or transformation of vending and catering services wherever they are present. This enables people to make informed and responsible food choices. Special attention is given to schools of all levels, as well as hospitals, ULSS units, and universities, by intervening in both published and ongoing tenders, leveraging Minimum Environmental Criteria and the Public Procurement Code.
