Why buy products from organic farming. Simple, it is a healthy and sustainable agricultural production system that respects the environment. It does not use synthetic chemicals (fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, pesticides) for soil fertilization, for the fight against weeds, animal pests and plant diseases; and it also prohibits the use of genetically modified organisms (OGM).
It uses traditional, essentially preventive practices, selecting disease-resistant local species and intervening with appropriate cultivation techniques.
The main ones are:
